Started using this set and the RAR set - very nice, and leagues better than the default icons! (Windows Vista, btw)
My only point of contention is that I typically use the "list" view, and the "RAR" and "ZIP" don't seem to be visible at that point. Maybe if they took up the bottom half of the icon it would stand out more? Not a big problem, as the colour-coding still works well
You can go to 'Tools' menu in a folder. There you choose 'Folder Options'. Then you choose the 'File Types' tab, and go to the 'zip' type Choose 'Advanced' and there you have a 'Change Icon' button. Push that button and find the icon you want.
The problem with the first choice is that I would have to change the thousands of icons one by one. Example, I would have to change all my .mp3 files one by one instead of only the .mp3 icon.
I searched for IPhile but it seems to has gone offline

I just dont know how to use them!
can you help me out?
To use the icons you have two choices:
You can go to 'Tools' menu in a folder. There you choose 'Folder Options'. Then you choose the 'File Types' tab, and go to the 'zip' type Choose 'Advanced' and there you have a 'Change Icon' button. Push that button and find the icon you want.
Or you can use a program like IPhile.
Hope this answers your question!
